Help us build a better Idea Board.
Join the beta program for early access, hands-on testing, and a direct line to the Idea Board team. Capture ideas quickly, organize them visually, and help shape what comes next.
What beta testers can access
Everything you need to capture ideas fast, organize them visually, and tell us what’s working—or not.
Apply, test, report, track.
Tell us how you want to use Idea Board and what you most want to test.
Capture spontaneous ideas, organize them, and explore the current beta experience.
Every report stays visible to you with current status updates: Created, Read, Working on issue, and Closed.
Beta testers get easy access to support inside the app, plus a visible history of every issue they report.
Beta diagnostics: while you are an active beta tester, Idea Board records non-content diagnostic events such as page views, capture mode selections, board controls, browser errors, and support actions. We do not record the text of your ideas, passwords, private message content, or uploaded files in the diagnostic log. These events help us reproduce and fix problems you report.
The best ideas rarely show up when it is convenient. Idea Board is being built so you can capture the thought in seconds, then come back later to organize it when you actually have time.
A sample Idea Board
Beta testers get access to the real interactive board. This sample shows how different kinds of ideas can live together in one visual workspace.
Build a short lesson around visual storytelling.
Save this for the next module.
Ask the team to add examples and comments.
Turn the idea into an actionable next step.
Beta testing is for people who have ideas in motion.
You do not need to be technical. We want people who will use Idea Board during normal work and life.
Capture lesson ideas, resources, activities, student-facing content, and professional development thoughts as they happen.
Collect content ideas, research, voice notes, photos, links, drafts, and inspiration without interrupting your creative flow.
Share a visual workspace, build on ideas together, leave comments, and move promising concepts toward action.
If good ideas hit you at inconvenient times, we want to know whether Idea Board makes capturing them easier.
Questions about the beta?
What does a beta tester get access to?
Approved testers can use the current Idea Board experience, including the interactive whiteboard, capture tools, live audio and video recording, AI organization features, team collaboration, reminders, and beta support tools.
Do I have to be technical?
No. The beta is meant for everyday users. We are especially interested in whether the product feels simple, intuitive, and useful during real work.
How do I report a problem?
Active beta testers get a Beta Help link inside the app. You can create a support ticket, add more details later, and see the current status of your report.
Can I see what is happening with an issue I reported?
Yes. Every support issue has a visible status: Created, Read, Working on issue, or Closed. Public updates remain attached to the ticket so you can follow progress.
What diagnostic information is collected?
For active beta testers, Idea Board can record limited non-content events such as page views, selected capture modes, board controls, support actions, and browser errors. It does not record the text of your ideas, passwords, private message content, or uploaded file contents.
Can I leave the beta?
Yes. Participation is voluntary, and you can stop participating at any time.
