Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited mobile information with telecommunications carriers, messaging aggregators, Twilio, and other service providers only as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS/MMS service, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law.

How SMS information is used

Your connected mobile number is used to associate text messages, links, images, audio, videos, and documents you send with your Idea Board account and to deliver requested service, confirmation, reminder, account, help, opt-in, and opt-out messages.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Idea Board text messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help. You may also disconnect your number from the Account page. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, make a purchase, or use non-SMS Idea Board features.

Retention and security

Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document your messaging preferences and meet legal, carrier, and compliance requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect this information.
